Monday, 6/16 7:10 PM
Cole Hamels, LHP (2-3, 3.07 ERA/2.80 FIP/3.19 xFIP)vs Julio Teheran, RHP (6-4, 2.41 ERA/3.56 FIP/3.82 xFIP)
He has not allowed a run in 16 2/3 consecutive innings. He also has a 0.40 ERA (one earned run in 22 2/3 innings) in three starts this month and a 1.78 ERA (10 earned runs in 50 2/3 innings) in his past seven starts.
Teheran ranks in the NL in ERA, innings, strikeouts, shutouts, and opposing batting average. He is out to avenge his last start -- seven earned runs and 10 hits, both season highs -- in Colorado.
Tuesday, 6/17 7:10 PM
Kyle Kendrick, RHP (2-6, 4.09 ERA/4.55 FIP/4.46 xFIP)vs Ervin Santana, RHP (5-3, 4.09 ERA/3.42 FIP/3.27 xFIP)
The first inning haunts Kendrick, who has allowed 15 runs in the first inning in 13 starts this year. He allowed two more Thursday against the Padres, but settled, allowing two runs and striking out five in six innings.
The right-hander has one win and two no-decisions in his last six outings after a 4-0 start, allowing at least five runs four times. But he's had great success against the Phillies, allowing one earned run in 13 innings in two career starts.
Wednesday, 6/18 12:10 PM
Roberto Hernandez, RHP (2-5, 4.39 ERA/4.85 FIP/4.33 xFIP)vs Aaron Harang, RHP (5-5, 3.20 ERA/3.00 FIP/3.85 xFIP)
He allowed three hits, two runs, two walks and struck out five in 5 2/3 innings Friday against the Cubs. He seemed ready to pitch past the sixth for just the third time in 12 starts, but surprisingly got ejected in the sixth.
The right-hander has 12 quality starts in 14 appearances. He snapped a five-start winless streak in his last start, allowing one run and four hits over six innings in his first career victory over the Angels on Friday.
