Monday June 9 - 7:07
Ricky Nolasco (4-5, 5.65) vs R.A. Dickey (6-4, 4.25)
Nolasco went seven innings against the Brewers on Wednesday, giving up four runs on six hits and no walks with seven strikeouts to get his second straight win. He cruised until giving up a three-run homer in the seventh.
Dickey went five innings and allowed seven hits and two earned runs while taking the win against Detroit in his latest outing. The 39-year-old knuckleballer has lost only once in his past nine starts.
Tuesday June 10 - 7:07
Kevin Correia (2-7, 6.11) vs J.A. Happ (5-2, 4.12)
Correia blew a 4-0 lead at home vs. the Crew in an 8-5 loss his last time out. His ERA has ballooned to 6.11, but Ron Gardenhire said Correia should remain in the rotation for the foreseeable future. He is 1-1 in two career starts at Rogers Centre.
Happ has been a pleasant surprise since joining the Blue Jays' starting rotation. The left-hander started the season on the disabled list and followed with a stint in the bullpen, but he has posted a 5-2 record as a starter.
Wednesday June 11 - 7:07
Phil Hughes (6-2, 3.46) vs Marcus Stroman (3-0, 5.40)
Hughes was roughed up by the Astros in his most recent start. He gave up six hits in six innings, but three of them were home runs. Hughes had not given up a single home run in his five previous starts.
Stroman on Friday recorded his second quality start in what was also his second career start. The right-hander pitched six-plus innings vs. the Cardinals and allowed seven hits and one earned run with two walks. He struck out seven to improve to 3-0.
