    Is Roethlisberger Elite

    Simple yes or no.

BDawk says you can't get ten people to say it. So here's the poll.

    Is he elite?

I say yes, he does more with less (save maybe Rivers) than any of the top 4. He helped make Wallace, Brown, Sanders, and made Cotcherry a ton of money.

On 7/20/14 we took our Calla and Pebble for a stay while on vacation. On 7/21 Calla, who is diabetic, was given 10x her insulin dosage. She wasn't found until 12 hours after being overdosed. After a week and a half of suffering we made the tough decision to put her down because of brain damage and a lack of a quality of life. She was only 7 and her breed lives until their 20's. Over half of our beloved Calla's life was stolen from us.

Can we get a definition of elite?

I think eventually you'll get 10 Yes's, but probably not before you get 10 No's. Doesn't seem like a fair bet, lol.

I think Manning, Rodgers, Brady are elite. Ben, Rivers, Romo and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone are in the very good tier.

I'm not sure if elite is the right word. He is more like an elite 2nd tier QB.

if you think ben is elite your defiention of elite is far too broad. the guy is the 5th best qb in the league at best (and him being at number 5 is certianly debateable). that puts him int he top 16% of starters. can you really say almost a fifth of the league is elite?

the fact that the consesus top 4 is rodgers, brees, manning and brady then a drop tells you all you need to know. you can't be teir 2 and elite

Yes. He is a superbowl champion and has been a proven player since he entered the league. Definitely one of the most underrated QB's

I would put the top 4 as elite. He's in the next tier.

For what it's worth, I think he's better than Brees. That said, I think the elite category is just Rodgers, Manning, and Brady.

Big Ben is in the category of very good alongside Romo, Brees, and Rivers.

Nope. He's damn good but I'd consider him 2nd tier, which is still pretty good company (rivers, romo).

Rivers is better than romo, but they are in the same tier in my eyes. Just like I think rodgers is better than brady, but I'd still consider both elite, tier 1 guys. I just don't think there is that much of a drop off.

    edit: Poll should be public

Ben also has about some of the worst supporting cast as well.

No, but I try to use the term elite as sparingly as possible.
