Los Angeles Dodgers (17-12) @ Miami Marlins (14-14)

    ................................

Los Angeles Dodgers (17-12) @ Miami Marlins (14-14)

    Marlins Park

Game 1. Friday, 4:10PM. SportsNet LA.

    Josh Beckett

    22.0 IP | 2.45 ERA | 4.26 FIP | 141 ERA +

Beckett, who's allowed a total of two earned runs over his last three starts, will make his fifth attempt at his first win of the season.
    vs.

    Tom Koehler

    30.1 IP | 2.97 ERA | 4.67 FIP | 126 ERA+

Koehler opened the season with four straight starts of allowing two or fewer runs over at least six innings. That impressive streak ended in his last outing, a loss to the Mets, when he gave up four runs in five innings.

Game 2. Saturday, 4:10PM. SportsNet LA

    Paul Maholm

    24.2 IP | 4.74 ERA | 5.19 FIP | 73 ERA +

    no quote
    vs.

    Jacob Turner

    6.0 IP | 7.50 ERA | 6.45 FIP | 52 ERA+

For the first time since April 3, Turner is back in the rotation. The 22-year-old has been on the DL with a right shoulder sprain. He hurt himself taking BP. He has made just one start, a no-decision against the Rockies.

Game 3. Sunday, 10:10AM. SportsNet LA.

    Hyun-Jin Ryu

    39.0 IP | 3.00 ERA | 2.79 FIP | 114 ERA+

    no quote
    vs.

    Jose Fernandez

    39.2 IP | 1.59 ERA | 1.61 FIP | 234 ERA +

12-0 and counting. That's Fernandez's record at Marlins Park in 19 starts, and his ERA is a paltry 1.00 after he blanked the Braves over eight innings in his last start. Fernandez beat the Dodgers twice as a rookie in '13.

Ryu to the DL with left-shoulder inflammation.
Looks like Fife or Lee on Sunday
Lee scheduled to pitch tonight. If he does, most likely Fife on Sunday.

    Better news
looks like Kershaw will start on Tuesday

    Well this place is active.

Not sure how one can expect to win when you have Figgons, Ethier, crawford and Olivio taking up the spots. Legit only have 4 batters that can actually hit.

Can we add Lee to the rotation and kick Maholm and Beckett out when we're at it?

But Kemp needs to play everyday.

I know Kemp needs more time, its too early to count him out and when he's hot, he's the best in the game. I do want to see SVS, Kemp, and Puig. SVS can't do any worse than CC and Dre against RP.

Yeah, that is the best possible lineup we can put out there.

We need a win today, with Fernandez looming tomorrow.
