Got this strange feeling it will be Byron Scott. Just a hunch.

    1. Byron Scott
    2. Kevin Ollie

I think these two guys get a serious look. And it also depends on what coaches might be out there after the playoffs.

Mark Jackson might be out at G.S.

    There's also:
    George Karl
    Lionel Hollins
    Van Gundy's

But I can't imagine why B.Scott wouldn't get the chance. The man preaches defense. The offense will always work itself out.

Has to be Byron Scott. Lakers need a coach who has the fans' respect. Scott is a Lakers legend. Already has taken a team to the finals in back to back years. He won as a player which also helps. What would you guys think of maybe bringing Michael Cooper in as a defensive asst coach??

If Rivers bolt He should be the target. IMO take time with the search and see who else is let go.
But for now I would have Byron on top the list. young coach has experience so can grow with the team.

Is this also a ploy to keep Pau and make a run at Melo?

Need to have new coach in place by July 1st, Preferably by the draft. As we know....Who the coach is will determine who we need to sign/ re-sign or pursue through trades and draft. The process needs to be thorough and F/O must be decisive and in sync on the choice.

No Retreads! And at least consult Kobe, You don't have to listen, But at least ask!
