Tampa Bay Rays (10-12) @ Chicago White Sox (11-12)

    Friday April 25, 2014 @ 7:10pm CT on Da U

Chris Archer (2-1 3.65 ERA) vs. Erik Johnson (1-1 5.32 ERA)

TB: Archer notched his second victory of the season on Saturday when he held the Yankees to one run on three hits while striking out four in 6 2/3 innings. He showed improved fastball command and mixed his pitches well, appearing in complete control.

SOX: It was a strange day indeed for Johnson, who walked the leadoff hitter in each of the first four innings against the Rangers but only allowed one earned run on one hit over five innings. Johnson threw just 44 of his 87 pitches for strikes.

    Saturday April 26, 2014 @ 6:10pm CT on CSN & MLBN

Cesar Rampos (0-1 4.91 ERA) vs. John Danks (2-0 2.84 ERA)

TB: Ramos made his second start since 2012 on Sunday, holding the Yanks to one run in five innings. The lefty looked more in control than he did in his previous start. Ramos is 0-0 with a 7.71 ERA in six career appearances against the White Sox.

SOX: Danks followed a seemingly normal pattern from his four quality starts this year, in that he had one rough early inning but then shut down the Tigers. And he allowed just one run in that frame, even though Detroit had the bases loaded and nobody out.

    Sunday April 27, 2014 @ 1:10pm CT on CSN

David Price (3-1 4.04 ERA) vs. TBD

TB: Price effectively mixed his four pitches on Tuesday when he went the distance, holding the Twins to three runs on six hits while striking out six to pick up his third win this year. He is 4-4 with a 3.11 ERA in eight career starts vs. the White Sox.

Haha. After we tagged him for 7 runs in one inning a few days ago?? He has been terrible, but maybe Coop sees something in him.

his xfip is 3.57 and and his k% and bb% are 8.53/2.84 while his BABIP is .480. Its a small sample size but those numbers would suggest that besides the sox game he's pitched alright. At this point, they should try anything.

    Oh yeah!

Down 4-1 early on Archer we come back and tied it.

Down 6-4 in the 9th, we get 5, with Abreu walk off slam.

From the hitting side we are the never give up Sox in 2014 so far. Great win!
