Chris Archer (2-1 3.65 ERA) vs. Erik Johnson (1-1 5.32 ERA)
TB: Archer notched his second victory of the season on Saturday when he held the Yankees to one run on three hits while striking out four in 6 2/3 innings. He showed improved fastball command and mixed his pitches well, appearing in complete control.
SOX: It was a strange day indeed for Johnson, who walked the leadoff hitter in each of the first four innings against the Rangers but only allowed one earned run on one hit over five innings. Johnson threw just 44 of his 87 pitches for strikes.

Cesar Rampos (0-1 4.91 ERA) vs. John Danks (2-0 2.84 ERA)
TB: Ramos made his second start since 2012 on Sunday, holding the Yanks to one run in five innings. The lefty looked more in control than he did in his previous start. Ramos is 0-0 with a 7.71 ERA in six career appearances against the White Sox.
SOX: Danks followed a seemingly normal pattern from his four quality starts this year, in that he had one rough early inning but then shut down the Tigers. And he allowed just one run in that frame, even though Detroit had the bases loaded and nobody out.
