Man this is good news. He has the height, weight, speed to play in the middle or on the strong side. I think he's going to have a good year.

I'll be more impressed if I ever see him shed a block.

To play SLB you have to be able to disengage and shed blocks. Two things Shea is terrible at. I have little faith. MLB is a better fit (not that he'll be good there either)

I dont get all the Shea hate. He's been underwhelming but he was drafted to play out of position and has done everything the club has asked of him. I hope he has a great year and this hard work pays off

He's been more than underwhelming, he's been one of the worst players in the league. He was drafted to rush the passer, he hasn't done it. Of course a 1st rd bust is going to get hated on.

At least at LB he has an advantage of OL botching blocking assignments in the 2nd level and he has more time to react as well. He definitely looks stronger even if he is smaller(weight) and most likely is quicker now, so once again we have to wait and see if he is more than another high draft pick bust

Tbh I'm not expecting big things but he operates better in space and isn't terrible in coverage

    And this.

He was rated to go in the first round as a 3-4 LB, no? I have no idea how he'll work out. He wasn't an impact at DE...
