Lol Cecchini already has as many homers as Nimmo last year.

Well Smith did jump from Kingsport to Savannah at 18. That's a difficult jump for a kid in a notorious pitcher's park.

Ironically, he only has 4 Ks in 44 ABs.

D-Backs hitless at two levels vs. the Mets tonight so far. DeGrom facing the minimum through four.

    Rodriguez a couple of doubles.

Nimmo and Evans a couple of hits each.

Koch continues to get hit hard, but reports continue to come in praising his stuff.

Flores has been pretty underwhelming he just hasn't developed the power Mets have hoped for. With as slow as he is hitting for power will be the only way he becomes a regular otherwise hes a bench player at best imo

Yup, he allowed 4 baserunners, 3 of whom were erased by a double play ball from the very next batter.

I actually think he's going to end up a better SP than Montero.

And Flores by the way saw lots of action playing behind DeGrom, and continues to look fine at SS to me. Won't win any gold gloves there, but he's making all the plays he needs to make.

Dilson Herrera reminds me of Orlando Hudson.

If he is, Mets fans will finally get their wish for O-Dawg a decade later.

I love deGrom, so I think that's possible. Hopefully both are great.

Flores needs to hit now. I haven't been impressed with his bat, and his glove at SS is still going to be subpar.
