Los Angeles Dodgers (6-4) @ Arizona Diamondbacks (4-8)

    .........................

Los Angeles Dodgers (6-4) @ Arizona Diamondbacks (4-8)

    Chase Field

    Game #1

    Friday, 6:40PM. SportsNet LA

    Hyun-Jin Ryu

Ryu is coming off a rough outing that saw him give up six runs on eight hits in two-inning start against the Giants. He shut down the D-backs, allowing only two hits in five scoreless innings in Game 2 in Australia.

McCarthy has had a frustrating first two starts. He pitched well through six innings before unraveling in his debut. Then Saturday against the Rockies he seemed to be cruising before the Rockies broke it open in the fourth and fifth innings.
    Game 2

Saturday, 5:10PM. SportsNet LA and MLB Network

    Zack Greinke

Greinke is coming off a six-inning, 6-2 victory over the Giants in which he struck out eight and didn't walk a batter. He opened the season with a five-inning, 3-2 road victory over the Padres. Greinke struck out five and walked two in that start.

Miley got the starting nod on Opening Day after an injury to Patrick Corbin, and he has pitched like an ace this year. He was responsible for the team's first two wins, the most recent against the Rockies at Coors Field on Sunday.
    Game #3

    Sunday, 1:10PM. SportsNet LA

    TBD

    vs.

    Trevor Cahill

Cahill is facing an important start as the team is growing impatient with his struggles. In his last start against the Giants, Cahill lasted just 3 2/3 innings and allowed five runs. Command is the key for Cahill.

Little off topic but it was a pleasure watching Bochy go down to his last reliever in the 10th last night. I get the Giants station here and post game interviews were good times. I even stood up out of my recliner and gave Pegan a salute when the ball bounced off his glove. I say we sweep Arizona because after watching them play the Giants, they give up a ton of runs. I think Kemp and Han Ram have a big series.

Kemp has no one to blame but himself. If he hits he will play over Ethier, he's not hitting so he gets to sit.

Kemp should have been sent to AAA and played about one week worth of rehab games before being inserted in the lineup. He didn't have a spring training for crying out loud!
