Havent seen much of him but from what I understand hes basically Melo without the ball dominance. He wasn't a great shooter by todays standards, but that should go without saying given their eras, even so he was still a very efficient player. Had the midrange game down pat and was a great cutter so he wouldn't be a liability spacing wise even today IMO.
As with any hypothetical transplant, you have to ask yourself, how do you see him adapting to the allowance of zones and lack of Hand checking. I think he would thrive moreso today.
