I am going to pick sweep until it happens. I like the jays chances against Pineda and Sabathia but worried about Tanaka.

Maybe heading home will get the offense going because the way we're hitting is just not going to cut it. This is exactly like how they started the season last year with the majority of the hitters struggling early.

The Yankees started slow and maybe ready to explode themselves

The obvious favourable matchup is Hutch vs. Sabathia though we sucked against Sabathia when everyone was hitting him last year..

we need to take at least 4 from the Yankees and Stros in the next 2 series

    props to vick27m

I'm happy with 2-2 in Tampa, and I'm hoping for 2-1 against NYY and Houston.

    Agreed.

This is the game I waited for.
Big fan of DUSTIN MCGOWAN,I always felt bad for him,so much talent, but no luck.

Tanaka seems to be the real deal, Pineda seems to be back, CC is hittable now but he always does well against us. Not liking our chances

Pineda seems back? Based on what exactly? Not saying he is going to be ****, but there is no basis for that statement. The guy hasn't pitched in a MLB game since 2011 so lets see him pitch, ONCE, in the MLB this year before we say anything

I think he was saying he looked really good in spring, but otherwise I agree let's see what he can do before we figure he's back to the same guy he was in 2011.

I think we'll take 2 of 3, and I'd be really pleased with that.

i think the Yankees are in a better position with Pineda this early in the season than we are for McGowan so there is that.. we have the pitching advantage in 1 of the 3 games. Both offenses are looking to explode so hopefully we can hold them and take 2 out of 3

Guys like Rasmus, EE, and Lawrie really need to step up this series.

I can see a big series out of Rasmus.. I dont expect much out of Lawrie
