    LEBRON JAMES v. TERRENCE ROSS

    MHC TAKE:

It is March 31st and the Raps are now 11 games over .500 and sit third in the Eastern Conference. If you had told many Raps fans that lone sentence back in November, people would of called you crazy. But that is the reality for the Raps with just 9 games left, they certainly are now in conrtol of their own destiny. The Raps have now won their last 3 games after dropping a tough game to the Cavs in Cleveland. Tonight, Toronto is in South Beach for a date with the Miami Heat after coming off a 5 point win over the Magic last night. For tonights game, Toronto is expected to welcome back PF Patrick Patterson to the lineup after missing the last 13 games due to injury. His return will be a breath of fresh air for the Raps who have missed his consistent scoring off the bench through the last month. On the other side of the court, the Heat are likely without start guard D.Wade once again as he continues to nurse a sore hamstring. Wade has only played in 51 games this season to date. Also, Chalmers is expected to miss the game tonight while Ray Allen is set to return after missing the last two with the flu. The last time these two teams played was back on January 5th when the Heat knocked off the Raps 102-97. In that game, James had 30 points as the Raps had no answer for the King. Toronto was also out rebounded 42-34 in the loss, something the Raps have to do much better this time around if they hope to steal one on the road. The Heat currently find themselves last in the league in rebounding and are vunerable on the glass. Toronto has to hit the glass early and go after it hard!

    Lets go Raps!

    Jones starting over Allen?

Our backcourt will probably abuse them just as much as Lebron torches us.

    Hopefully we pull it out.

Chalmers is out with an injury like Wade so Douglas starts at PG. Jones has been the starter when Allen/Wade has been unable to play.

gives me hope that the raps can come away with a big W tonight. would be great for their confidence to beat the defending champs heading in to the post season. even if they arent healthy..

Should be a great game. Looking forward to this. I hope we take down the heat tonight. Will be a tall task. But let's hope the raps bring on the fight.

It's a big game for the playoff race but I also see it as a chance to prove to LBJ he should at least consider Toronto as an option.

If we beat them in the playoffs he might consider. Besides that, 1 game won't have an impact.

    Lebron will never come here.
“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”
