Predict the Phillies 2014 Win Total

How many wins will the Phils end up with when it's all said and done.

Also, predict anyone that you think will be traded.

I see Lee, Rollins, Papelbon, Adams being traded.

I say they win 80 games. They'll dump Marlon Byrd and Ben Revere along the way while they cycle through a dozen outfielders.

    71 wins.

I don't see anyone being traded. Maybe JMJ

I see Lee, Rollins (if he actually waives of course), and Paps possibly being traded. Maybe JMJ too. I have them for a 73 win season. I wish we could pull out another 20-25 wins, but that would literally take a miracle IMO.

74 wins, and I agree with kj about rare activity in the trade market.

I'll vomit out a 70win season. Mass exodus of any value. Raj fired first hopefully.

Chooch, Utley, Howard & Rollins continue to regress. Asche isn't a MLB starting 3B. For some bizarre reason Revere is a well below average defensive CF. As a team they are well below average defensively. Dom Brown's HR's are sexy, but he isn't very good and doesn't seem to have evolved based on what we've seen this Spring. The bullpen is terrible. Hamels is hurting and I don't buy the "he looked great in a bullpen session" malarkey. The GM is clueless so nothing is getting improved via trade.

It's going to be an ugly season.

A suprising sense of realism in the forum. I'm going with 76 wins...if Cole and Lee stay healthy. If not we could be in battle with the Marlins for the basement. I'm just glad we are closing in on the end of the RAJ era!!!

You say that, but Wade got away with this crap for 7 years.

But Wade also didn't take over a WS team. He was the GM through some of the darkest times in Philly. RAJ had a tough act to follow. He ruined what was a good thing.

I hated Wade. I'd welcome him back right now

Ed Wade has a love affair with middle relievers, one that I think Ruben inherited. I don't think we need that...

They ought to poach someone out of the Cardinals system or something...

I would be intrigued by Paul DePodesta, but yes, it makes sense to go after someone from the Cardinals, Rays, or Red Sox.

Paul supposedly isn't respected by scouts, that makes it hard to manage them.

Or should've kept Arbuckle. I know I know. Gillick wouldn't have been here then.
