    kobe wants to win now?

Kobe dont want to wait until 2015 do get FA. How can the lakers win now? We may have a top 5 pick this year to team up with kobe for 2014. Since phil is in new york now melo not going anywhere. LeBron not going anywhere I dont think. We have no players to trade for a K.Love this year so how do we build a team now to win? So what do the lakers do now?

    Kobe aint winnin ****.

The 48.5M is basically him trowing in the towel saying that he knows that the Lakers are Done in the Kobe era and that the only consolation would be getting that last mini big contract to close his career.

He's going out his own way. 48M+ richer and finishing ahead of MJ on the all time scoring list. That's all that is attainable now in his career.

That 6th Championship is just not in the realm of reality anymore.

I don't see any problem with what he wrote. Did it require a new thread? Probably not since this topic has been beaten to death.

But to answer the question. We're not winning **** "now". But if we get Love in 2015-16 that will definitely be a step in the right direction.

There's no need to be disrespectful or rude. You can either not reply or disagree in a respectful manner. Just cause someone disagrees with your position doesn't mean their ignorant or stupid. This is a forum meant for discussion of ideas, what you're doing is stifling any real discussion. Again, if you find the question stupid than either don't reply or do so in manner that's not calling people stupid. I know you're "rarely ever wrong" and so it must be tough, but try to humor the rest of us...or don't and just don't reply.

The topic reads as if Kobe was into something other than winning up until this point. Is he asking a question or making a statement?
If it's a question the answer is yes. If it's a statement then it's more than an obvious one. Kobe has to win now. There are fewer years in front of him than behind him.
Yes. Kobe wants to win.however, the pieces aren't in place to make that happen........unless the top twelve free agents ( lebron&melo included) decide to come here for far less than what they are worth...........I guess

Kobe wanting to win should be no shock to anyone.

Yes. Except for Embiid, Wiggins and maybe Exum.
