Jenkins won't play nickelback maybe a 1 year deal for him or go after Thurmond he's a great nickelback and he can start if needed.

If we had a coach that could bring it all together maybe. Not one word about what you said but you said nothing about our joke of a coach.

And you are what your record says you are.
Sure liked the two years before DA and RM 1 game away from playoffs.
And some say we are better off today.

if we could swing for wilfork id say it was a real solid d line- im not complaining, but with a 3-4 de playing inside and a 3-4 OLB starting as a DE it makes me nervous.

Are you crazy? STACKED is the wrong word you use, if we had resigned Houston, maybe we could be considered stacked. As of right now we are efficient, with clowney or Houston we would be stacked.

If he closes Melton or Wilfork I'll be impressed.

Even still... Do we have a dominate O lineman? No
    Dominate rb? No
    Wr? No
    Te? No
    QB? No
    De? Not bad
    DT? No
    Lb? No
    Db? Maybe...

    What's impressive about that?

Shoot the Pats a 5th rounder for Wilfork.

We still need a big run stuffer on the defensive line before that unit is complete.

    Not a whole lot.

In fairness, the Raiders roster is stacked with hard-working players; if nothing else, we've gotten a culture change out of the RM/DA era.

I want to see a winning team with dominate players, too, but I'll take a steady transitional administration.

Much agreed, you took the words right out of my mouth. Were taking strides but we got a long ways to go before i consider anyone of our three phases of football "stacked".

    Key word... Transition

That implies some sort of movement. So far, it's been backwards. All this money and not one impact player added. That's embarrassing and a telling sign of this regiments ability to attract marquee players.
