    I think draft status should play into it and Curtis Enis was just every kind of terrible.

    Sidenote: As of the fall of 2013, Enis is the head football coach at Bradford High School in Bradford, Ohio.[6]

    Yes, draft position should play apart.

    The one LB last name began with an O and was drafted in the 2nd or 3rd rd IIRC. Also Haynes, Brazinwe, and Terrell.
