Lack was great. Canucks can't score. 4 on 3 PP in OT and only 1 shot. Plus they went 0/7 in the shootout. That's pretty sad.

Another example of a doofus in denial (Mike Gillis) asking his team to cut down a giant tree with an electric knife. This poor team is squeezing their sticks so hard they can hardly complete a pass. All too predictable, and too nervous to execute even the simplest play without overthinking, the Canucks are now a shadow of their former selves. They are simply an average team with a few above average pieces...desperately needing change to move on. But Gillis, being arrogant and scared at the same time, thinks holding on to what he has is more intelligent than perhaps losing a trade to a minor degree to help this team out. This team is going nowhere under the current management.

    Couldn't agree more.
If we're all such great coaches why do we recruit so hard? You need players.

I actually had a dream last night that the Canucks held a press conference for something unrelated to Mike Gillis, but they randomly fired him on the spot. They ended up hiring some random guy from CNN and he traded Kevin Bieksa to Edmonton for a fake player and an 'attainable' 1st round pick.

    CNN guy > Gillis.
