    48 wins

    Here we are.

The Raptors are 31-25 with 26 games left and a fairly pedestrian schedule in front of them. It is no secret to this forum that the team has played much better basketball since the Rudy Gay deal and have battled through the heavy lifting of their schedule.

The question posed is - can this team set the franchise mark for wins in a season? The magic number is 48, which will require a 17-9 finish.

Remaining games: Cleveland x2, Washington, Sacramento, Minnesota, Brooklyn, Detroit x2, Memphis, Phoenix, Atlanta x2, NO, OKC, Boston x2, Orlando, Miami, Houston, Indiana, Milwaukee x2, NYK x2, Philadelphia, Golden State.

There's no reason why they shouldn't. I'm happy to hear that MU consistently says the teams not finished though because our franchise high water mark does not signify nearly enough.

I said no. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.

I would say its 50-50. A good win here or a bad loss there could be the difference. Not a huge deal though if they do or don't make it past 47 wins.

I think 45 wins will be their mark this season.

It would be cool though if they manage to push to 50+ wins.

I went with Yes. They like to grind out all their games anyways so I could see them doing it.

I voted yes. I have doubted this roster and the coach but they have proven that quitting is not an option.

Even the ailing Amir who is not 100% healthy refused to quit.

    50 wins is possible.

I think it very possible, if we had this team from the start of the season I'm pretty sure they could of hit the 50 win mark with ease. If I was a betting, which I am I'd drop a bill or two on a yes of 48, but I don't imagine the odds would be in are favor.

I voted yes but I could easily see them not reaching the franchise record mark.

If we win the games we're supposed to win then we should get to somewhere around the 48-50 win mark.

“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”

It's nice that the team is winning but I feel like they are not moving the ball as much as they should. Hard to complain right now as they winning but there were a lot of bad shots taken last night but fortunately went in.

I'm just glad we have a much better record than the Pistons & Knicks. I talked a lot of trash to both those fan bases before the season started.

I agree. The quality of their offensive execution has gone down a bit since that big run post-Rudy trade. We are starting to see DeRozan and Lowry take more on themselves to score, which can be a dangerous game.

    they most def should.

I want to see the team finish strong heading in to the post season.

Although, MU did very little to adress our C concerns. Im still hoping he can just sign a big man and maybe cut buicks or stone.
