    Giants' 2014 spring training games on national TV

    Here's a list of the 2014 San Francisco Giants spring training games that will be televised nationally. So far, all of them are on the Major League Baseball Network and many of them will be tape delayed. All times are Eastern:

    1. Sunday, March 9 -- San Francisco @ Seattle (split squad) MLBN 4 a.m. (delay)
    2. Friday, March 14 -- San Francisco @ Texas MLBN 1 a.m. (delay)
    3. Sunday, March 16 -- San Francisco (SS) @ Seattle MLBN 10 a.m. (delay)
    4. Tuesday, March 18 -- San Francisco @ Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim MLBN 10 a.m. (delay)
    5. Thursday, March 20 -- San Francisco @ San Diego MLBN 10 p.m. LIVE
    6. Saturday, March 22 -- Oakland @ San Francisco MLBN midnight (delay)
    7. Sunday, March 23 -- San Francisco @ Chicago White Sox (SS) MLBN 4 a.m. (delay)
    8. Tuesday, March 25 -- San Francisco @ Milwaukee MLBN 4 p.m. LIVE
    9. Thursday, March 27 -- Oakland @ San Francisco MLBN 10 p.m. LIVE
    10. Saturday, March 29 -- Oakland @ San Francisco MLBN 1 a.m. (delay)
    11. Sunday, March 30 -- San Francisco @ Oakland MLBN midnight (delay)

    I hate tape delayed games.

    Those last three games will most likely be broadcasted live also on either NBC Bay Area or CSN like they usually are ever year.

    Two things I find funny.

    1. The one preseason game I'm going to on the 28th is the only one not being broadcast anywhere.
    2. 1am? 4am? Lame.

    While I usually loathe tape delayed games, I see the value for fans to get to rewatch ST games, to get a look at prospects, position battles, etc.

    This year it'll be fun to keep an eye on the bullpen & bench. While we know it's most likely that the veterans get the spots, but anything could happen...

    It probably will be because it doesn't show the local broadcasts.
