    Evan Turner and Lavoy Allen

Would it have been a good trade if Nets had traded Paul Pierce for them?

It probably would have pissed off Garnett, but Nets would have gotten younger, and I think better, and they would have received a $6 mil trade exception.

Pacers received a $5 mil trade exception.

I would have done that trade in a heartbeat.

    The Pacers did.

And the Nets had more reason to.

    And I would have.

You dont trade PP and wreck what little chemistry this team has finally built. You want a quick way to piss off KG and ruin the locker room thats the way. Evan Turner is a scrub putting up numbers on a bad team not to mention he will be over paid this summer. No thanks.

'little chemistry' being the key phrase.

Nets would have gotten younger, bigger and gotten a $6 mil TE.

    And Pierce isn't overpaid?

Evan Turner has never lived up to his projected ceiling and never will. Would much rather have Pierce for possibly the rest of his career. Pierce will take a significant pay cut and return next season.

He should take a pay cut. He's not earning his pay this season, and he won't be better next season.

And you must be Karnak to predict that Turner will never live up to his projected ceiling.

He's in his 4th year and progressed significantly.
