Ottawa Senators (26-21-11) at Boston Bruins (36-16-4)
The Boston Bruins host their final game before the Olympic break as the Ottawa Senators come into town. The Bruins may be a bit disappointed having the long layoff as they have been quite hot over the past few weeks as they have played some fantastic hockey overall. In their past 10 games the Bruins have obtained at least one point in 9 of them and have compiled a record of 7-1-2.
The Bruins support of the the league's best home records this season with a record of 22-6-2 at the Garden and will look to go into the break with yet another home win along with a 9-point lead in the division over 2nd place Tampa. The Senators currently hold a two-game winning streak and sit 5-points out of a playoff spot.
From what it sounds like, Chad Johnson will be getting the start for the Bruins and he currently holds a 4-game winning streak.
Yet another weekend game in which I have to listen to it on the radio but it's better than nothing and it makes time fly! Hoping the Bruins give an all out 110% effort heading into the break and further build a playoff cushion. Once the break ends...it's a tough stretch until the playoffs.
