    Dragic officially all-star snubbed

NEW YORK -- New Orleans forward Anthony Davis was chosen Friday to replace the injured Kobe Bryant in the All-Star Game, which will be played in his team's city.

Davis was nearly chosen as a reserve but missed by one spot in voting by Western Conference head coaches, a person with knowledge of the details told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because vote totals were not released.

I get that he missed by one vote and the ASG is in New Orleans, but the problem I have is, his team is under .500 and 7 back of the 8th seed.

Very disappointing that Dragic won't be in it.

Same problem I have as well.

If winning doesn't matter then Dragic should have made it over Lillard and Parker. Dragic's putting up better numbers than them this season. But since the Spurs and Blazers are so much better than the Suns, those guys get the nod. And yet that logic isn't used to name Kobe's replacement.

Like DeMarcus Cousins tweeted...its all politics.

Quick question. If CP3 pulls out of ASG or if anybody else gets injured in the next week do they name a replacement?

I think so. Tony Parker is currently out with back injury so maybe he won't play.

CP3 is playing though, he's coming back this weekend to get into shape for the ASG.

Hopefully TP comes back. I hope CP3 tears ACL, MCL and LCL .

I can't see both CP3 and Parker being healthy enough to play (or their respective coaches willing to risk them). Dragic still has a shot.

CP3 is back and will play no matter what. The game is in New Orleans and he said he wants to stick it to them by playing there in the ASG.

Parker is back already also and doesn't look hurt one bit. Popovich won't tell him to not play in the ASG, that's up to Parker.

Kevin Love is currently out with an injury though.

I really like the Dragon and what he does for the Suns but as a fan of the game I'd rather watch a J Kidd of a Nashty at point for All Stars. Kidd in particular had such fun assists where the Dragon is more about just solid play and fast break basketball. Just my thoughts.

Yesterday Coro said as of now, nobody is missing the ASG. So it'll take a new injury for Dragic to have a chance.
