Phoenix Suns interested in Pau Gasol

    http://m.espn.go.com/nba/story?story...33&src=desktop
"Sources told ESPN.com that the Suns, among the options being weighed as part of their well-chronicled desire to acquire an established player as they make an unexpected playoff push this season, have been exploring the feasibility of trading for the Lakers' four-time All-Star."

Not really a fan of this. Although Pau is an expiring and won't hurt us this off-season, I think we can better utilise Okafor's expiring by getting guy(s) that can help us past this season.

I love the idea in terms contending as long as it's just emeka going there. If so, send Len to the d-league

Not really a fan but we could use a legit post up guy in the playoffs.

Never really liked gasol. Good player but just don't like his style. Not sure he really fits our style of play either. We have a young quick athletic team, gasol is the opposite of that.

No. Just no. I would much rather acquire ET and Hawes.

I don't see it happening. I'm also surprised at how positive the reaction has been about this.

Makes very little sense to give the Lakers draft picks and/or cap flexibility for the privilege of paying an old, expensive, declining player like Gasol. McDonough is smarter than that.

Not my favourite, but I agree I'd prefer it over Gasol.

Only the moron-14-yr-old-2k14-playing-lakers fans think Bledsoe would actually be included. I apologize for those "fans" on behalf of real lakers fans haha...
I don't like that trade for Phoenix if you send away anything more than just Emeka... Phoenix's pace is too fast for Pau too. Hopefully Bledsoe comes back healthy for you guys and you do some damage in the playoffs.
