Aldrich, Murry, and Tyler assigned to D-league

    http://www.nydailynews.com/blogs/kni...ree-to-d-leagu

Hopefully they'll be recalled before the Cavs game...or are there more moves to come??

The Knicks assigned Cole Aldrich, Toure’ Murry and Jeremy Tyler to their NBA Development League affiliate, the Erie Bayhawks, on Wednesday. The assignment may be only for 24 hours.

The Knicks are not practicing Wednesday, following their 114-88 win over the Celtics at the Garden on Tuesday.

The Bayhawks are working out at their facility in Greenburgh, N.Y., on Wednesday. The Knicks would like those three players to participate in the workout, but have to be assigned to Erie to do so.

They can be recalled tomorrow for the team’s shootaround and game against the Cavaliers.

....no worries. The move was made so all three players can practice with the D-League team. They'll be back with Knicks on Thursday

The plan is to recall them for Thursday's game against Cleveland so they can get practice time in. That just does not make any sense to me. Thursday is tomorrow.

Any speculation about what might be going on?

Never mind. I see the same thread was opened and closed earlier today because of the announcement that it was just for one day. But it still does not make sense to me. Fly them out to Buffalo today and then back for the game tomorrow so they can practice?

maybe knowing they are going to see some extended time... they wanted them to get full workouts with a full crew. Obviously A Knick practice right now is pretty limited with all the injuries and fragile players

WORST COACH IN THE NBA!!!!! HOPEFULLY HAILING A CAB OUT OF THE CITY!!!
