Who would you guys want as his replacement?

I really dont know a ton of names when it comes to GM's.

Id love to get Sam Presti from OKC but i doubt hed wanna leave that for this mess.

I'd take Ujiri but we'd probably have to trade Drummond to get him

Current people? Buford might be nice. Hard to tell. We could go after a great former coach in Phil Jackson.

Anyone associated with the Spurs would be a fine hire for this team.

Could hire me; nearly have bachelors in business management and I would listen to everyone's opinions here. I'd have a specific computer with PSD always loaded up while auto refreshing...

The scary thing is if Joe's job is truly on the line, how come he hasn't been fired yet? Would Gores really let Joe wheel and deal at the trade deadline only to be canned at the end of the season? Would Gores really let Joe stay here for the deadline and give him one more chance to screw things up?

What if Gores idea is to keep Joe until the end of the season thus keeping this team for the rest of the year without changes?? Does that mean we are tanking? Heaven forbid we make a trade that accidentally makes us better at this point.

I really think Joe's job is safer than most people think. From a logical stand point if Gores is going to get rid Joe (which we all want) he would/should do it NOW. That way a new GM can come in and make their necessary moves at the deadline with some time before had to analyze the situation.

As for who? I'm not terribly sure. I don't know if Gores knows either which is probably why he is hesitant to clean house in the front office.
