Still don't see Carr going at 8. I'd say 20s at the earliest, and likely 2nd Round.

Otherwise like all of the other picks before the Vikes spot.

If the Texans want Manziel (I think they do) are they going to be confident that Cleveland is going to take Bridgewater first overall? Daniel Jeremiah says he has talked to scouts who don't have Teddy rated as a first round pick. Not sure who's team you're a fan of, but I don't think it is the Browns. They don't have the brightest bulbs burning in the front office, but I've heard rumblings that they love Manziel.

Johnny is too perfect a fit for Houston for them to take a chance screwing it up, I think. There is good reason to try pull him back out of the spotlight, at least a little, by not having him be the first pick of the draft. But you have the Rams and the Jaguars with the following picks, both of whom are willing to trade back, and the Jags perhaps looking to draft a QB. There are a few other teams looking for QBs down the list a bit who could very well move up ahead of the #4 slot.

I think the Jags really want Clowney and will gamble that Houston will use the top pick on Manziel and try to swap spots with the Rams. St. L. can add a couple picks then look to deal the #3 pick further back.

Why is everyone forcing a OLineman to Pitt??

Thats about the last of our needs, Lewan is a huge reach at 15.

Lee, Dennard, Gilbert are all much more likely.
Warning, my sig is NSFW. But hot damn is it hot:

roethlisberger was one of the most sacked qbs wasnt he? just a thought

i think they go wr, personally a guy like kelvin benjamin. they already have antonio brown who would be complimented really nicely by a big physical reciever

Nope. He actually ended up win the top 10 with least hits on the season. It's a myth how bad our line is.

Seven sacks the final seven games. And now Mike Munchak is the new OL coach. Just some facts, not just thoughts.

But you nailed it on needing a big receiver, that's my hope for the first pick.

Updated the Picks. I took the steeler fans words and change my pick to Kelvin Benjamin,

THe Steelers have definitely lacked a Big Tall receiver since the prime of Plax Burress. Benjamin would be a great addition to a receiving core already with Sanders and Brown.

I also contemplated on drafting them a receiving TE. Jace Amaro, TE TTU. Heath Miller has been, health wise, inconsistent the past two seasons. Reliability is key.

Nailed it...until the last couple of sentences.

    1. Sanders is a free agent and he's not really good anyway. This just adds to the need for a receiver in the first round.

    2. How can you say a player has been "inconsistent health-wise" when his injury was a torn ACL? And before that torn ACL the second to last game of the season, he was on his way to the Pro Bowl. Now that Heath will have a full year and a half after recovering from the injury, I wouldn't be surprised in 2014 if we see the kind of production he was having in 2012 before the injury. Plus Matt Spaeth, a blocking tight end (which will lead people to think we need a TE since blocking TEs don't exist, it's only fake TEs who are really receivers like Jimmy Graham who exist), also adds to the fact that tight end is far from a top 20 need for this team.
