If the Lakers get the #1 pick, I am convinced they should take Jabari Parker.

I like Embiid. We always go after centers.

Someone post that dunk from a few days ago as proof. I don't have the link and am too far gone to look for it.

You know what? I was on the Jabari bandwagon, and I still think he's the best player in college ball (also the most NBA ready), but Wiggins has such a ridiculous upside.

    17 points 19 rebounds tonight.

Realistically though, I think we get a 7-9 pick. Guys I'd love to have there would be Exum, LaVine, Rodney Hood

^^ I agree wiggins has ridiculous upside, his athleticism is something you can't go and try to get, you either got it or you don't and he has it.. Parker has a more complete offensive game IMO, but he's got a Lil flubber, gotta replace that with muscle which can happen.. Whoever comes to the Lakers, Kobe will get them in NBA shape tho so I'm not worried..

Honestly, I'm to the point where I don't really care who Lakers draft if they get #1 cuz it most likely will be parker embiid or wiggins which I'm high on all 3 right now.. I'll probly keep changing my mind throughout the season tho haha

Zach LaVine is projected to go 2nd round on Draft Express's website LMAO. What are these guys watching?

Thats crazy, i wonder what their knock on him is.. Hes gotta bulk up for sure tho. I like Zach lavine. Hes one of the guys I hope the Lakers take a good look at if they get a pick somewhere in the 7-11 range. If he doesn't declare for the draft and comes back his sophomore year, I would not be shocked if hes a top 5 pick in 2015

I think by the end of the NCAA Tournament Andrew Wiggins will be the top pick in the NBA Draft. He's already showing vast improvement in his game. He also had 22 points the other night. Reminds me a lot like Kevin Durant.

    So for me it is:

    Andrew Wiggins
    Joel Embiid
    Jabari Parker
    Julius Randle
Lakers & Our Nation is Tanking

    Say Goodby to:

    Wiggins | Exum | Embiid
    Vonleh | Randle | Smart | Parker

What is your guys thoughts on Randle? If he's available do u take him? Do u think he will b nba ready. Or will he be like a lot of other big men and need years to fully develop?

Wiggins had a nice line last night, but what's going to be overlooked in his stats is the fact that he's playing with a seven-footer who himself may be one of the top three picks in the draft. If Wiggins was the only dominant player on Kansas his game would be pretty easy to disrupt, at least at this stage.

I'm still giving Embiid the long-term edge, and I even like the fact that he seems to be a little chippy. Got a 'T' last night for slamming an ISU player onto the court, so obviously he needs to learn to be a little more subtle, but I'd rather have a guy with an edge (Metta) than a guy who backs down. Good article on Embiid here.

I don't think he's a second round pick, but I also don't think he's going as high as a lot of people expect. Like players in NY a decade or two ago, there seems to be a media bias towards LA players lately (Muhammad, for example) that's really just laziness. They see the guy play, they don't see other guys play, so the guy they see must be great. ESPN's partial move to the WC has only made it worse as they pander to the LA market.
