2013 Lions Rookie of the Year Award

    Previous Awards:

Defensive co-MVPs: DeAndre Levy & Ndamukong Suh
    Biggest Disappointment: Matthew Stafford

2013 Lions Rookie of the Year Award

It was a great year for the rookies! With better coaching, this could have been a surprise team!!!

DT, Martin, Fauria, Waddle, and Riddick all contributed in their own right and am glad to have them as building blocks for the future but the two biggest contributors and co-rookies of the year for me are Warford and Ansah.

I think we had a GREAT rookie class this year, but warford out produced them all. He was one of the best olineman in the league.

Warford won rookie of the year on PFF, seems like he should win it team-wide. Pretty sweet rookie class definitely.
Hey look everyone, it's "Vintage" Aaron Brooks.

This could be the best draft in Lions history. We got a legit pass rushing DE (maybe 2), a possible starting corner, 2 starting offensive linemen, possibly our top 2 tight ends, a pro bowl calibre punter and a backup running back.

    WOW.

    WOW.

I really hope the entire class doesn't go through a sophmore slump.

So, I thought about it some more and I think Fauria should get a vote from me too. He was UDFA and caught like 7 TD's. If he never played another down I think he would be able to call himself a succesful NFL player.

Warford for me. I'd throw fauria in there too only because he went undrafted & expectations were low.

    ^^ currently playing^^

2013 Lions Rookie of the Year Award

We had so many that contributed to the team. Warford was a huge addition to the OL, Ansah was great, Fauria and Waddle who were good considering both were undrafted. Martin was huge since opposing teams rarely took the ball out of end zone on Kickoffs.

Peterman really helped the Colts line look like ****...so I think this may be a big part of it.

Peterman went to the Jets. Where he was cut.

You're thinking Gosder (who was actually pretty decent, but not worth the $ imo).
