Had some frozen salmon 4 oz fillets thawing for a dinner. Didn't get to make a dinner I wanted so just poached a fillet. Threw some home made honey mustard on it at the last minute or so with a little cayenne and lemon pepper. Then threw it all in with some olive oil lite mayo. Mixed in some chopped up red onion and green olives on a bed of greens inside a pita.

For a spur of the moment make, turned out solid. Next time will toss it back in the pan to heat it all up or chill it as a cold salmon wrap.

Made a variation on Fathead Pizza (ridiculously delicious crust with a few tweaks) and loaded up with ham, sauteed onions and mushrooms, pepperoni, and mooz.

I'm focusing on a ketogenic diet, and this is a freaking delicious alternative to wheat/bread-based pizzas. Truthfully, I might like this crust more than most bread-based pies I've had (obviously not above the best pies you can get) - it's crusty, thin, herb-laced, and crispy.

I sent my buddy a list of five or six potential spots for dinner and would have been cool with any of them, but I was happy he chose Rioja. Its reputation is deserved.

    To the Wind
    Guard and Grace
    Fruition
    Osteria Marco

    Sous vide Ribeye?
    Never had it.

Do they sous vide it, then char/grill it?

After it got to temp in the water bath, I just seared it on the stove to finish it. You still get a pretty nice crust.
