    Len's Progression

Alex Len didn't look too bad in his first action back. He is very tall and long....Also looks like he's added some bulk to his frame.

yeah he looked decent in the limited minutes he got. Not sure why he didn't get any minute in the 2nd half though.

I guess they didn't want to overload him on his first game back. I don't know if we'll see him get much more than 10-15 minutes a game this season; we've got to take it slow with him.

Thats exactly the approach i'd take too. No need to over work him. Give him some minutes to knock the rust off and let him go against some guys in game action.

Obviously McDonough liked him enough to take him #5 over some other guys. I can see a little as to why he likes him. He has got HUGE potential if he can stay healthy enough to develop

    Len's Progression

    For a more positive spin.
Let's start using this thread to discuss Len's status (good or bad).

I am moving the last few posts from the other thread into this one.

I'll be glued to the TV when he comes in. He showed flashes of some nice things last night. Long armed rebounds. Some inside moves that need polishing. But if he stays healthy and continues to learn, this dude might be the real deal.
Also, he worked on lifting weights while he was out and man did it show.

Well, with healthy feet, Len sure looks to have the potential to be the best of the top 5 picks for sure. Maybe even more than that.

Yes in my opinion. A lot easier to find good 6'4-6'5 guards than it is to find good 7' centers
