Pick your Defensive Coordinator For 2014 and on

With the defensive Scheme and Coaches still in limbo..What would you like to do?

Stay in a 4-3. What type of 4-3?

Go to a 3-4? what type Upfield attacking one gap? double team occupying front 3 in the two gap?
3-4 with 4-3 looks like the eagles?

Chicago Bears are the only team in the history of the NFL to not run a 3-4

A lot of the coaches in the the poll will fit a certain scheme and not so much another..

If a coach you would like for the position please post him and why.

I'd like to hire Ed Orgeron from USC. Once he took over as HC the players rallied around him and played their hearts out. He has always maximized his players performance and is a good defensive play caller. It is becoming more in vogue to hire college guys as DCs.

But if it comes down to next year, Ill be picketing outside of Halas Hall for a new deal, a new contract, because Im not going anyplace.

Any answer other than Spags (assuming you want to switch coordinators) is wrong.

I'm assuming you mean Steve Spagnuolo lol. I don't know about him after 2012 with New Orleans.

I just feel like after the year he had with the Ravens he'd want a head coaching job

Wasn't he only like a defensive assistant or something?

That really helps spark a debate.

Yeah, so DC is probably the highest he goes. I HIGHLY doubt he gets a HC job after going 10-38 in STL or whatever it was.

I can't think of a more Coveted defensive coordinator job than in Chicago. With out offense, an offensive minded head coach and the option to work any scheme you might want.

We gotta fire Tucker first and I still doubt that happens. Although, Emery and Trestman did seem pissed about how the defense performed. Well, as pissed as they can get.
