15 players have been invited to the Dodgers' winter development camp
    C — Pratt Maynard
    C — Chris O’Brien
    IF — Miguel Rojas
    OF — Chili Buss
    OF — Joc Pederson
    OF — Scott Schebler
    P — Pedro Baez
    P — Jose Dominguez
    P — Yimi Garcia
    P — Zach Lee
    P — Matt Magill
    P — Jarret Martin
    P — Chris Reed
    P — Seth Rosin
    P — Ross Stripling
Miguel Rojas is one of the more interesting guys on the list.
He's got an excellent glove, but can't hit.
He hit .307/.074/80 (OBP/ISO/wRC+) in AA last year.
Oliver projects him for a .259/.053/48 major league line next year which is, of course, terrible, but also for 19 runs above average defensively - which is enough to make him a replacement level player.

There are some rumblings that Rojas is under consideration for the starting 2B job if Guerrero isn't up to it.

You won't be seeing "Corey Swagger" in a Dodger uniform this year.

The guys I am interested who may play roles in the MLB this season.

Zach Lee - As discussed in other threads, not the highest % chance of getting the nod, but he is our most ready pitcher in the minors (who doesn't already have major league experience)
Joc Pederson - Well last year we had 4 OFs as well, yet still had to bring up other due to injuries. This year Joc will play in the majors.

The guys I am interested in who won't play in the MLB this season, but are exciting for their long term potential.

Corey Seager - Our top infield prospect. Struggled in higher A last year, but dominated lower A. Will probably make it up to AA this year.

Julio Urias - Only 17 years old, and as a 16 year old dominated in lower A (though with a very strict innings limit). His velocity has increased notably in the last year, and will likely continue to develop (that is what happens when you have a 16 year old pitching in this kind of competition). This guy is my favorite in our entire system, and the one I think has the highest ceiling.

Chris Anderson - Our 1st round pick last season. Has the body and peripherals to do some work in the Majors, hoping he makes some good progress this year.

    4 Dodgers in MLB.Com's top 100 prospects

    http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?...s_mlb&c_id=mlb

    34 Seager
    36 Pederson
    63 Lee
    64 Urias

The Dodgers' system ranked 7th by MLB's (ridiculously flawed, IMO) rating system.

I'm not so sure we have the 7th best system, but it's solid and combine that with the owners big pockets, we have a real chance to create a long term success.

As for the MLB.COM rankings that is the order I expect them to be in.

Keith Law released his top 100 prospects list today. The following Dodgers were on the list.

14 - Julio Urias - The youngest person on the list, and the first left handed pitching prospect listed
    18 - Corey Seager
    41 - Joc Pederson
    75 - Zach Lee
    96 - Chris Anderson

I am kind of surprised how quickly Julio Urias is catching on (I thought it was going to take until next year), but I am excited that people are recognizing his crazy potential.
