    I like how he called all the starters out, especially Isaiah because I don't know how many times he's had a turnover this year off a lazy entry pass. That should never happen, and I thought I was the only one who was irritated by that game after game. The loss wasn't on Isaiah, the entire squad was sloppy here and there. Gay couldn't buy a bucket... that hurt a lot. Defense once again...

    We're a bad team, but we are getting better. We have improved. Everyone has got to agree on that.

    I wasn't expecting playoffs this year, at all. Just improvement. So, although I would like our win and loss columns swapped, I'm happy with where we're going.

    Reality with this team on the defensive end is;

    We don't contain penetration from the backcourt positions

    We don't rotate defensively, and when we do it's almost always late

    We don't communicate on P-N-R which leads to confusion, layups, open jumpers, offensive rebounds

    And finally we have absolutely zero presence when it comes to shot blocking and rim protection.

    The quick solution to this would be to add a legitimate shot blocker at the PF position, which would help with defensive lapses, but ultimately our defense will never be anything more than average until we communicate on P-N-R and rotate well..
