Week 16 IGT: Sunday Night Football in Philly - Da Bears at Your 1st Place Eagles

OK, time to get the sour taste of the trip to Minny out of our systems. It sucked, but **** happens.

Nick, no more picks please? Ok, thanks.

The Bears are poised and looking for another win. The Eagles should be hungry as well, a chance to right their own wrongs and remain atop the NFCHandicapped.

Will Cutty be Cutty and dish out more turnovers than the Pillsbury Dough Boy? Will Foles go back to being a God among men? Will the vaunted Bears defense of yesteryear show up? Does Philly's D have an answer after laying the biggest egg of the season?

All these answers to come, and more.

Here we go men. The Minny game is no more, no harm no foul, adios, vamoose, and all that jazz. It's the Sunday Night game we have all been waiting for.

If Dallas beats Washington, the Eagles game will be completely meaningless, except to Chicago.
If Washington beats Dallas, then the Eagles will be able to win the division, and the Dallas game the following week, will be meaningless.
    Let's go Redskins.

Props on the great game thread graphic bdawk

Im excited for this game, you cant put it past dallas to choke away another game even to the redskins, especially since its a division game. If dallas loses early this will be one of the most exciting games of the year

looking for Shady to go ham

Wouldn't playoff seeding still be undetermined? The eagles will have something to play for imo

It doesn't matter if the Eagles finish 3 or 4. Making the playoffs in year one of Kelly's reign would be a MAJOR achievement. They aren't going to win the Super Bowl this year, so what's the difference?
One draft and one free agency and they will probably be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
Wide receivers will beg to come here to play in this offense. Get a few stud defensive players and they will be set.

Seeding always matters. 3 seed makes a home nfc title game very possible.

What difference will it be if they play San Fran or Carolina?
What difference will it be if they play in New Orleans or Seattle?

This year they, especially Nick Foles, NEED playoff experience so that next year they can be REAL Super Bowl contenders. Finishing 3 or 4 is irrelevant.
Winning a Super Bowl this year would be a miracle.

the difference is NO ONE wants tog go to Seattle. But i dont think anyone beats them in the NFC so u wanna delay that matchup as long as possible and hope someone can upset them to land us another home game.

as for SF and Carolina i want Carolina. ill take the inexpereinced team first over the team who was in the SB last year and is getting hot.
