    Shin Soo Choo Watch

    Ken Rosenthal ‏@Ken_Rosenthal 3h
Sources: Choo talks appear to be reaching critical stage. #Rangers, at least one other club in.

Choo market not necessarily limited to #Rangers, #DBacks. Other clubs likely in mix as well.

I liked Choo quite a bit, but he's about to get massively overpaid. He has enough flaws for him not to get more than 6/100 at the most.

how about the yankees sign him for 6/100 and then trade him and the 20 million posting fee to the Eagles to get Tanaka. Lol

That would be ridiculous - hence that move is probably high on Cashman's list. BTW, is he the most aptly named GM in history?

6/27/09: “We expect [Rondo] to play by the rules and be a leader as a point guard. We need him to be more of a leader,” Ainge said. “There were just a couple situations where he was late this year, I don’t know if he was sitting in his car, but showed up late and the rest of the team was there. We have team rules and you have to be on time. He was fined for being late, he said he was stuck in traffic, and it’s just unacceptable.”

The Reds are meeting with his agent. I'm really hoping he re-signs but I'm not expecting it to happen. I don't think that Billy Hamilton is ready to bat leadoff and start in CF everyday.

I doubt Hart is playing in the OF and we still have a major need for a Outfielder probably not going to be Kemp now that the Dodgers say they won't trade him.
