We might as well change this forum to the Stephen A Smith forum. As a few have stated, he just rambles about things and if he mentions enough hypothetical situations eventually something will turn factual.

He's been wrong a lot more times than he's been right.

SAS is a jerk and I wouldn't listen to or give any credence to a word he says.

    1) Can't comment on the Miami thing because I don't know what he said.
    2) The knicks wanted Lin, just not his back ended contract.
    3) It's clear as day the Knicks have an issue with Shump and it wasn't SAS who brought this to light.
    4) Of course Melo is opting out, it makes sense for him to do this. He said 50/50 Melo is going to the Lakers. Now apparently the Clippers. He didn't call anything that has been proven regarding Melo.
    5) Who cares what his opinion of CAA's opinion of the Knicks are.

SAS does not deserve a new thread every time he hiccups and it sounds like he said "Melo" or "knicks"

homie Melo has spoken negative about the club the past few days. IMO he's proving SAS right. You're not doing that if you to stay. CAA leaks don't just happen.

So CAA weaseled their way into running the Knicks org from top to bottom, and now they want their players to go elsewhere?

This guy is all over the place.
The value of elite scoring ability, by Phil Jackson:

"This is a guy, we recognize his talent, and his skill is the kind of skill and talent that gets you through playoff games where things get sticky, grind-out, and basketball becomes a force game and suddenly you need to have a player who has the capabilities of scoring with someone hanging on them in a situation thatís critical. Heís one of those players, one of the few players who can do that.Ē

CAA running the Knicks goes beyond the players.

    Mills - check
    Warkentien - check
    Houston - check
    Woodson - check

I am sure the list goes on.

LOL SAS is a media hack who I never take seriously, but I'm inclined to believe him here. It's been rumored for a while that SAS is a CAA pawn himself......

Something's going on behind the scenes with Melo, Woodson, Dolan and JR I'm sure, but we won't know what it is until it actually happens

    The thread title is wrong.

SAS said CAA is running the Knicks and other Agents do not want their players on the Knicks.
He is getting his info from rival agents who have an AGENDA against CAA. CAA is not talking. SAS is not getting his info from CAA. They are on lockdown. That's what he said.
