He could be a good guy to take a chance on, averaged 15ppg his rookie year, only 21 years old. #4 pick in 2012... definitely has tools.

Shump & Irving could be a sick backcourt for CLE.

Melo would be all for adding more Orange to the team. But he can't run point, not sure how he addresses any of our needs

    Dion Waiters? Really?

    Pro's

    Can score
    Athletic/explosive to the rim
    Young

    Cons

    Bad defender
    Prone to turn overs
    Locker room issues
    Inefficient

So, we're talking about getting an inefficient, undersized 2-guard that doesn't really defend. And what are we giving up for this?

he's 21 years old dude... if he were a perfect player we wouldn't be able to get him. We need to take a chance on a young prospect, like we did way back when with Camby and he blossomed in NY. If the package is centered around Shump I'm all for it. I think THJR is going to be better than SHump anyway

don't do it guys. i don't want to sound like a prick but you guys already have enough knuckleheads. it's a huge red flag that a rebuilding team would be trading the 4th pick a year later despite solid production.

but hopefully we can use his expiring, if not at least we unloaded Novak's deal...

A 6'5" cry baby who has had 3 knee surgeries in 3 years and has shown NO effort this season. Plus Waiters is a #4 overall draft pick and is only 21 years old, ARE YOU KIDDING ME !

Boy, the Shumpert over rating will never stop.

On top of that, if we can squeeze Varejao who would make a TERRIFIC backup to Tyson in a deal for maybe Amare's contract and we get a 2nd round pick along with it.

Deal could look like............. Shumpert / Amare for Waiters / Varejao / 2nd rounder or Cole Aldridge, that would be a good trade for both teams.

Amare and Bynum off the bench might not be as bad as it sounds.......lol

stop trolling man, all you talk about in the TOR forum is how much pleasure you get seeing NY lose and how much you want them to fail, yet you come in here and act like you care and want NY to succeed. Why not just BE REAL for once! Nothing worse than someone who is just trying to fit in everywhere... just be real...
