I know everyone's down because of the Locker injury and the Jaguars loss, but the Titans are still only two games out of the division lead and they can cut it to one with a win tonight. That was a hell of a start on that opening drive. Let's see if they can continue this...
The thing that's frustrating is that they're losing these close games because a few dumb mistakes. The fumbled punt and kickoff returns are absolutely ****ing inexcusable. You take away mistakes like that, and this team team could just as easily be sitting at 6-4. It certainly could have won them the game tonight.
The Titans have some of the right personnel in place, but the gameplanning isn't working and the mistakes are killing them. The front office is going to have to answer some serious questions in the offseason, and I hope the answers involve a complete overhaul of the coaching staff and drafting a QB high in the draft. Otherwise, they'll be looking at the same ******** next season, and they'll be a year behind where they should be.
First half was excellent. 2nd half started poorly and the Wyles turn over killed the game. Hope he gets cut tomorrow. Special teams have been a massive problem this year.
both units were pathetic in the 2nd half.
Saw the Colts comeback coming and couldn't stop it.
4-6, season 98% over. I leave 2% because all the AFC teams battling for the 6th wild card spot are incompetent.
But I hope we don't get it at this point. Change is needed, playoffs will only convince ownership we are putting an acceptable product on the field. What Munchak has fielded this year is not acceptable.
I'd be in for Big Ben (for a LOW price -- 4th rounder? or Jay Cutler).. Ideally rather draft a QB, but not sure any of the greats will be around the 15-20 range when we likely pick.
