This won't be an easy game, by any stretch.

Houston has a really good defense, and Matt McGloin will be making his first start. We'll see what kind of game-plan Olson can dial up with a very different set of offensive skill-players to utilize.

It'd be fun to see the kid exploit a lack of film on him and have a big game. If for nothing else, just to see the chaos on the forum next week.

I have a strange feeling the chaos will begin next week regardless... involuntary vacations are set to end soon...

I am excited. The first thing we need to concentrate on is getting a double team on JJ Swatt.

If there is a such thing as a deceiving record, Houston has one. I believe they are actually top 10 in offense and defense, yet sit at 2-7.

we should temper expectations. he hasn't had many reps with the first team, but this team might benefit from his pocket presence. we very well could see a real qb, lol.

been dying to see McGloin since preseason. Figured he would get his shot at some point this year. Hope he plays well the kid could be a rags to riches story after being a walk on

Another great story is if Menelik Watson can compete with JJ Watt. Watt is a wrecking ball and they should be lined up against each other all game.

I agree. I appreciate a good foe. Perhaps we play at a higher level.

If you can't block you can't run, pass ,or kick. At this point for me until we fix the o-line it's not about winning ball games anymore it's about will this team continue to play hard for Allen.
So far they are it will be very interesting to see how they come out next week.
