Big Ben is the answer in 2014

read in the paper Ben wants a trade out of Pitt.

    LOL Just hear me out….

He will be 32, has Super Bowl rings, and probably about 4-6 good years left in him.

i say with the raiders starting to show signs of life Ben could come in and take charge of the O and maybe help these WR's develop. He would be the best QB they had in decades.

Yeah yeah he had his problems….but he was never convicted of diddly squat.

we have the cap money to make this happen. (small window of opportunity)

I think Ben has the skills still to lead this team into the playoffs.

He doesn't get rattled he can lead an Offense the the big wins, and he is a monster to take down.

what will it take to get him? who knows but I'm sure a #1 pick would be in play

He shut down the rumor as ridiculous. Rapport was talking out his ***. Love Big Ben but even if it was true we need our own guy for 10+ years.

In a heartbeat. It would make us contenders (if the line is healthy) in a matter of seconds.

BUT, not for a 1st round pick or even a 2nd. Not another Carson Palmer trade man, this team can't afford it. I'd give up 3rd rounder only.
