    Race to Win Division

    Hey Fred I was thinking this could be stickied and maybe you can update it after each week, especially since we are more than halfway to the end of the year (absolutely crazy how fast the NFL season goes)...

    DAL 7-5 (4-0 Division), 1st in division

    @NO loss 49-17
    BYE
    @NYG win 24-21
    OAK win 31-24
    @CHI
    GB
    @WSH
    PHI

    PHI 6-5 (3-2 Division), 2nd in division

    @ GB win 27-13
    WSH win 24-16
    BYE
    ARZ
    DET
    @MIN
    CHI
    @DAL

    WSH 3-8 (0-3 Division), 4th in division

    @MIN loss 27-34
    @PHI loss 16-24
    SF loss 27-6
    NYG
    KC
    @ATL
    DAL
    @NYG

    NYG 4-7 (1-3 Division); 3rd in division

    OAK win 24-20

    Crazy. I think we only have to win 3 games on this schedule and 8-8 will win it...OAK, WSH, PHI. 5-1 divisional record will give us the tie breaker and a win vs (hopefully) a Rogers-less GB team will also help.

    I dont want to think the sky is falling if we are 5-5 after the bye, going into a game @ MetLife that could have us leaving that game tied...here is why...as you can see the other 3 teams still play each other 3x...someone obviously has to lose and they all have tough opponents left.

    DET is a very good team and they still play NYG and PHI.

    SEA will prob be a dog fight with SF and will definitely come to play vs the Giants.

    WSH still plays SF and KC.

    As long as we can take care of business in the division we should win it.

    I thought this thread could be good to look at each week and discuss the games and scenarios.

    Damn, all 3 teams also have 3 game home stands remaining on their schedule...that is pretty weird.

    The vikings skin game tonight is a huge game in my opinion. It'd stick the skins at 6 losses and 3 games under .500. That's big for Dallas in the playoff race, especially with Dallas more than likely losing on sunday night.

    I also think that if the Cowboys can pull out a win against NO, then we are in the playoffs...period...not mathematically of course, but the rest of the schedule would be very favorable if we are 6-4 going into the Giants game after a bye...I think we win that to go to 7-4 and then would only need 2 wins in the remaining 5

    Yes, totally agree. Only if it were that easy with our Cowboys though lol. They will find a way to make us sweat well into December.

    Race to Win Division

    Win our 3 division games and beat Oakland we're at 9 wins; meaning our rivals would have to put up 10 wins to claim the east.

    I am most worried about the Redskins. Hopefully the Vikings beat them tonight.

    Looks like RG3 is getting back to form. Not good news for the Cowboys. This game is looking like a shootout. Hopefully the vikings pull it out.

    Yep RG3 is back. I think the skins win this division. Dallas just doesn't have the defense to compete.

    Race to Win Division

    With SF and KC on their schedule they'll have a hard road to make any run. Thank you Minnesota for the second week in a row.
