Hopefully the fact that we are 2-4 means we won't fall into the Oakland trap of years past.

I'm pretty sure Woodley is our leading sacker with 5. Makes me remember back to before ESPN stopped Jamison Hensley from reporting on the Steelers. When he said Haloti Ngata is "in shape after a down 2012," while LaMarr Woodley "had been criticized for his lack of conditioning," while all reports said that he was in shape as well. And now last week, DeCastro made Ngata his b***h while Woodley is on pace for 13 or 14 sacks on the year. Silly Hensley.

Anyway, I'm feeling a little comfortable with this game. We're too desperate to look past the Raiders, and we tend to give up those late leads to older, experienced quarterbacks. Regardless of skill. It's just about experience. Just look at our last two games: We allow 6th year Joe Flacco to drive down the field for a tying touchdown within the final two minutes...a week after shutting out the Jets and intercepting rookie Geno Smith twice in the second half.

How is a 6 point win considered "win easily"?

Week 8: Pittsburgh Steelers @ Oakland Raiders

Considering Dick Lebeau has a .890 winning percent (at least that's the closest estimation I could find) his first time against a quarterback I'm not overly concerned for an "easy win" for Oakland.

When I saw that the most recent post was by someone with the username "SDraiders," I know it would be silly. Not silly in the sense that he's predicting the Raiders will win. Anything can happen. Just silly in general.

Gonna be a defensive game. I see Oakland leading the whole game but then I see Roethlisberger winning it at the end
27 to 21 steelers win. Steelers aren't done yet.

He's also only played Jacksonville and SD at home. Not much to brag about.

Just take a look at what our D did to Geno Smith.

    http://www.nfl.com/stats/headtohead?...e=&playerFour=

And Geno has a light edge.

It's going to be a lot like the NYJ game except the Raiders D isn't on the same level as the Jets D. And our offense is starting to hit a rhythm.

    I expect a close first half, 17-10 at half-time. 31 - 13 final.
