who needs to get smacked? you would SERIOUSLY rather have harrison than moss or t.o.???!!! Moss was just ranked #2 WR ALL-TIME by a panel of 10 HOFs (harrison didnt make top 10)... if moss was a class-act like rice (and harrison)... hes #1 ALL-TIME. you act like it is a rediculous concept that someone would chose him... wtf?

The best talent ever was easily Barry Sanders. He was just an amazing player, could have been the best statistically if he didn't end his career early. In terms of WR, it is Jerry Rice, hands down.

It's not an order, it's a list. Besides, I'm not going to sit here and name every single player. I only meant to list 3 or so.

    Thanks for the sig homie564

For god sakes people, stop putting Barry Sanders over Walter Payton or Jim Brown. I would not put Barry over those guys becuase he was not a complete back. He couldn't block or catch (Given he was on a crap team, 1 of the most important criteria for BEST NFL PLAYER EVER should be to have a ring). Payton was the best all around RB b/c he did it all. He could run, catch, block, throw and kick. Jim Brown is IMO the best rb ever. He was the most dominant RB, has the highest ypc, and was the best RB every year he played.

But as far as best NFL player, i would go with Sammy Baugh on the offensive side. He did everything. Led his team in passing, rushing, and interceptions!

On the defensive side, it would have to be LT hands down. He revolutionized the position and game. Most dominant NFL player ever.

Those no E in that word. Moss is the best thing I have seen in a Wide Reciever besides maybe Rice. I had the luxury of watching him in person many times with the Vikings. I have season Tickets 30 yd line lower level. I have seen ridiculous catches that make me say what?

    LT is a coke head.=cheater.
    merriman cheated too.

some of you give way too much credit to cheaters who have good sack totals.

I like this argument because it makes Reggie White better than LT. But in reality you can't give the drugs that much credit.

Walter payton was the most pure football player of all time simply b/c he did it all. He wasnt the biggest, or fastest, but he was good at everything (Passing, Kicking, Running, Breaking Tackles, etc) and worked his *** off all the time.
