Arbitration 2014 - What will they make?

What are your guesses for what the following players will make in Arbitration in 2014. What are the most you see a player getting. I know there is a cap on how low the offer can be but there seems to be no upper limit.

I have listed the main arb-eligible players along with their reported 2013 salary.

Name Position Arb Range 2013 Salary Proj. 2014 Salary Actual 2014 Salary
    Travis Wood SP 2014-2016 $527,500 $4,000,000
    Jeff Samardzija SP 2013-2015 $2,640,000 $4,900,000
    Pedro Strop RP 2014-2017 $500,000 $1,000,000
    James Russell RP 2013-2015 $1,075,000 $1,800,000
    Daniel Bard RP 2013-2015 $1,860,000 $800,000
    Darwin Barney 2B 2014-2016 $562,000
    Luis Valbuena 3B 2013-2016 $930,000
    Donnie Murphy 3B 2012-2014 $562,000
    Nate Schierholtz RF 2012-2014 $2,250,000
    Darnell McDonald OF 2013-2015 $490,000

As we all know Theo doesn't go to arbitration. He always has agreed a deal in advance.

    Flat out guess
    Wood, Travis $5 mil
    Jake Arrieta $2.5 mil
    Samardzija, Jeff $5 mil
    Pedro Strop $2 mil
    Russell, James $2 Mil
Bard, Daniel non tender re sign for $1 mil
    Barney, Darwin $2.5 mil
    Valbuena, Luis $2.5 mil

Seems like starters usually get around $5M 1st year arb relievers around $2M and infielders between $2M and $3M. Guys like Arrieta and Bard less because they haven't had great years

Arrieta didn't accumulate the service time for arb, he's auto re-new again next year. Bard will either get a 20% paycut or be non tendered and sign for less. Since Theriot received 2.6 and tried to get 3.4, I'm guessing Barney gets 3ish his first arb year. I'll guess Shark gets 6 and Wood gets 3, although I think at least one of them gets a multi year deal. Strop in his 1st year? I'll say he gets 1.1. Russell around 1.5. Valbuena around 1.6.

Murphy will be arb eligible as well, my guess is he'll get a non guaranteed 900k type deal.

Maybe they'll all move to Japan and make instead. Seems just as likely as getting paid in Euros.

    Wood 422297297.30
    Samardzija 596184419.71
    Pedro Strop 149046104.93
    Barney 298092209.86
    Valbuena 223569157.39

    Haha, nice

I had to double check cots when I first saw the post because I was surprised how much some of them were making. (1 euro =~ 1.3USD).

I always wondered do the Blue Jays pay out in Canadian money?
It is only worth a couple pennies less than US but when you're talking about millions of dollars it could make a difference

2.1 fWAR isn't a terrible season and I don't think it should just be assumed Olt could be that good.
