NFL Redraft First Round: #1 PocketBust vs.#8 Brick Squad

The NFL redraft is a game that has taken place over the last month on Pro Sports Daily. The game consisted of 26 rounds in which current NFL players from an open pool of NFL players were selected to form a completely customized team of the GM's choice.

Please take a look at the teams before selecting. Preferably, give a reason for your choice as well. Do not just vote for your friends. Vote for the team you believe is the best and would move onto the next round.

You like a certain aspect of the Brick Squad? Well guess what? PocketBust is simply better at any area that Brick Squad might claim as a strength.

There is a very good reason why we were ranked as the best team in our conference and some of those reasons are as follows:
We boast the best run game in this Re-Draft. Period. With the best offensive line, and the best and most complete tight-end in the game, our offense is going to run it down the throat's of opposing defenses.

Our offense is also lead by Alex Smith, who is a veteran quarterback that knows how to manage and win games. He'll have the best run game to lean on and the best tight-end to throw to as well as the versatile and dangerous Victor Cruz and T.Y. Hilton on the outside.

Simply put, our offense is perfectly crafted to bring out the strengths of Alex Smith and having the identity of a smash mouth team that defenses are going to have to stack 8 or 9 men in the box to SLOW down, because let's face it you aren't stopping this offensive line and BEAST MODE from going wild on you.

And if you overload the box, we have playmakers on the outside that will make you pay.

Our defense is one to behold. We have arguably the best edge rushing duo in the game.

Everyone is already aware of the awesomeness that is Von Miller and how dangerous of a player he is. He's not a game changer, he's a game wrecker.

We've book-ended him with one the league's most underrated defensive players in Ryan Kerrigan.

Ryan Kerrigan last year lead all Outside Linebackers in QB hurries despite not having Orakpo bookend him. He was their sole pass rushing force and although teams keyed in on this he was still able to harass and terrorize opposing quarterbacks. Now bookend him with the monster that is Von Miller and you have yourself arguably the scariest pass rushing duo in the Re-Draft.

Our defensive line doesn't have big names, but what they are are huge bodies who are a mix of veteran and young talent.

Phil Taylor is a behemoth and he's back at his natural NT position. Chris Canty, provides an awesome interior pass rushing presence as well as a phenomenal run stopper.

Mike Devito is here to help occupy blockers to allow Von and Kerrigan to do what they do best: terrorize your offense.

Our defense is going to play physical press-man coverage which is going to make passing offenses struggle with the threat of our edge rushers and the quality of our corners in Jason McCourty and Tramon Williams.

All in all, in this match-up, we present Brick Squad a bigger and more badass version of their team. Oh wait, PocketBust is just that: a Badass Team that plays physical on both ends and punches you in the mouth repeatedly. We are the bullies of the Re-Draft and it's why we were the #1 seed in our conference and why we will win this match-up and our other match-ups.

Their downfall will be the youthfulness of Ryan Tannehill and their horrendous secondary. Despite having Ngata, their defensive front isn't that impressive and our run game isn't going to be slowed down.

IN the end, PocketBust advances and punches their ticket for another home game in this postseason.
