    Tuel Time was better.

My coworker swears you're going to lose this game. I keep trying to explain to him how it's impossible.

game opened at Bills getting 7 as a home dog in May. After the Tuel announcement it's moved to 10.5-11.5 with one shop giving 12.

Bills have a solid running game, but with no/little threat in the air (Tuel was benched as a Sr. and scouts say he has a weak arm) the Pats can put the run stuffing D on the field.

Pats just have to avoid taking it like a joke and it's a W.

6/27/09: “We expect [Rondo] to play by the rules and be a leader as a point guard. We need him to be more of a leader,” Ainge said. “There were just a couple situations where he was late this year, I don’t know if he was sitting in his car, but showed up late and the rest of the team was there. We have team rules and you have to be on time. He was fined for being late, he said he was stuck in traffic, and it’s just unacceptable.”

Sunday Ticket via DirecTV is set and ready to go. It's gonna be a long week-plus of waiting.

I don't want to take them lightly, but this feels like a nice tune up opener that can help us get on track early.

Props on the GT. Very Clever.
So Anna, what do you think about the notion that Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck?

I'll be interested to see if Aaron Dobson is active for the game. Amendola and Thompkins are clearly the top 2 right now. Slater and Edleman have to be active for STs. Boyce appears to be ahead of Dobson on the depth chart right now. Can we dress a 6th WR?

I'm not putting money down on it yet, because I have my concerns about this team as usual...but 10 point favorites sounds pretty low considering we're facing the Tuelbox and the Bills. Us covering seems like a solid play...

    My predicted D actives

Safety (4) McCourty, Gregory, Ebner and either Wilson or Harmon sit.

Corner (3)Talib, Arrington, Ryab this is assuming Dennard sits because of legal issues. If not, I still think 3. Ryan would sit. Having McCourty gives us insurance in case of in game injuries. We rarely play dime with 4 cb anyways, usually a safety is the 2nd nickel.

LB (5)Mayo, Spikes, Hightower ,Collins, Fletcher. Logjam of a position, possibly Beauharnais instead of Fletcher. White sits.

DE(4) Jones, Ninko, Buchanon, Bequette. We play all 4 we have on the roster. Bequette my get some time as a nickel inside rusher.

DT (4) Wilfork, Kelly, Vellano. New Kid Francis

We could add another LB instead of a 4th DT if we go to more 3-4 looks. Haven't seen it much in preseason so ill stick with the DT.

You've got your 3 specialists: Allen, Gostkowski, Aiken.

That's 23 players so far. Leaving 23 for offense.

    QB (2) Brady, Mallet

RB (5) Ridley, Vereen, Blount, Bolden, Devlin
All 5 can contribute, all but Ridley play on eat least one ST.

    TE (2) Sudfeld, Hooman.

Gronk obviously comes in when healthy. Maybe Hooman or Devlin sit in his place, or we go back to 7 O-lineman.

OL: (8) Solder, Mankins, Wendell, Connolly, Vollmer, Cannon, Svitek, Kline

Seems we often dress 7 OL for gameday, although the health of Cannon and Connolly could change things a bit, 8 for extra insurance.

WR (6): Amendola, Thompkins, Edelman, Boyce, Slater, Dobson

It's really 5 WR with a ST ace. Edelman Is the back up Slot, while Dobson is the back up Wide out. Boyce is your swing guy, joker, whatever you want to call it, a guy who can take end arounds, stretch the defense,Etc. Boyce may seem some KR duty, so adds ST value there, and Edelman is obviously our PR, also can play on the kickoff team. I think Edelman would line up at nose tackle if you asked him to. Guy is fearless, and tough although it has gotten the better of him with injuries.

So there you have it. Of course we will probably add/cut players between now and game time so this may be a total wash but that's sort of how I see it.

    ^^^Develin has been cut.

Stevie Johnson was talking a little smack today. He says the Pats can't stop him, unfortunately I don't think he factored in the Bills stopping themselves. How is he going to get the ball? 3-23 Stevie, 3-23.
