6/27/09: “We expect [Rondo] to play by the rules and be a leader as a point guard. We need him to be more of a leader,” Ainge said. “There were just a couple situations where he was late this year, I don’t know if he was sitting in his car, but showed up late and the rest of the team was there. We have team rules and you have to be on time. He was fined for being late, he said he was stuck in traffic, and it’s just unacceptable.”

Iggy was lucky Napoli was at 1B to save him from a bad throwing error.

Hey look guys, Farrell again left in a starter who was clearly done trying to squeeze another inning out of him and it'll most likely end up costing us. Awesome.

The homer he gave up to Ibanez bothered me due to the fact it was 0-2 count, but the walking of the 8,9 hitter made me sick. The days of Lester being a middle of the rotation starter are long gone, he's an overpaid number 5.

Lester sucks. The bullpen is overwork and there is no day off in this trip.

Bradley is coming up. Once again, playing those ESPN Sunday games always screwed everything up. I remember 3 year ago they played until 2AM in Tampa. A day Sunday game they could gotten Bradley up in time for this abortion tonight.

Jon Lester said he threw the ball better than the line score. It is at least the third time this season he's made that remark.

Hes becoming Beckett with this crap. Pretty sure hes said that more than 3 times too.
