I'm pretty excited to see the Cardinals. They arguably have the best team in baseball right now and it'll be good to see how we measure up. Welcome Cardinal fans!

Btw, I hate Matt Holliday, and it's good to hear he's slumping bad; hope it continues this weekend. I'll be wearing his jersey on Saturday with his name crossed out. That's for talkin shlt about the Coliseum when you left, punk ***!

Coco Lean bobblehead on Saturday, too. It's going to be a fun weekend!

    4. Allen Craig, DH

    5. Matt Holliday, LF

    6. Matt Adams, 1B

    7. David Freese, 3B

    8. Jon Jay, CF

    9. Pete Kozma, SS

    And for the host A's:

It's hard to believe that Balfour is approaching Eckersley's record of consecutive saves.

5-0, should be 6-0 if you ask me. Smith would have scored easily but they made him go back to 3rd on the ground rule double.

Nice win, Colon cruised and the bats were looking good.

This is so surreal seeing Colon as our ACE. This team is on a roll.

What a great game.. Colon was dealing as usual. Also good to see our offense have a big inning early. It won't be easy tomorrow vs. Wainwright, but I have faith. And I will be there to witness the win!

Sucks that Parker got hurt, he was looking good. Hopefully the hammy injury isn't too serious. If he has to go to the DL, I'd love to see Gray get a shot.

Got to tip your cap to Waino, he was pretty awesome.

Yah. Losing the game was no big deal. Losing Parker definitely ruined my day though. Hopefully it isn't major. Like you said stash, first thing that came to my mind was Sonny Gray. Guess we will see guys

Today was rough.... was at the game, and it was SOOO hot. Looked like we were gonna have a pitching duel on our hands then Parker gets hurt then all downhill from there. Still had a blast at the game giving Matt Holliday **** the entire time, but that loss sucked.

Also, apparently the Parker injury was just a hamstring tightness thing, so hopefully its not too serious.

Yeah Parker just had a cramp. Was probably dehydrated since it was so hot. They should allow pitchers to have like a bottle of water out on the mound in case the inning goes long.

Typical Milone. That was an easy 2 run shot for Beltran
