Zach Britton, LHP (1-2, 5.51 ERA)
YANKEES: Sabathia has won his last two starts, though he was helped by run support his last time out, allowing five runs in seven innings to the Rays. He last faced the Orioles on May 20, allowing four runs and 11 hits over 6 1/3 innings in a no-decision.
ORIOLES: Britton has shown good spurts in two starts since being promoted, but has been unable to go six innings. The 25-year-old Britton took the loss Monday to Cleveland.

Hiroki Kuroda, RHP (7-5, 2.77 ERA)
Chris Tillman, RHP (9-2, 3.72 ERA)
YANKEES: Kuroda has been quite sharp of late, posting a 2.53 ERA and holding hitters to a .200 batting average over his last three starts. He last faced the O's on May 22 and was pounded for five runs and eight hits in just two innings.
ORIOLES: Tillman ran into trouble early against the Indians in his last start but hung around to go seven innings, giving up just three earned runs in a win. He has won six of his past seven starts and is 5-0 in June.
I actually feel like the Yanks can sweep this series if they get good pitching from those 3. Arguably, they've been our best 3 all year. I'm upset that Kuroda is pitching Sunday, as I wanted to see him here against the Twins :/
Going to the Tuesday July 2nd game. Guess who's pitching? Captain long ball, I'm pretty sure. I saw him lose here last year too. I hate that I always see Phil pitch...smh
Update: David Phelps scratched from tonight’s start
By Mike Axisa
3:21pm: I misread, sorry. David Phelps has been scratched from tonight’s start for an unknown reason, and Sabathia is starting in his place. CC had extra rest thanks to the off-day on Monday and Ivan Nova‘s spot start. No idea what’s up with Phelps. http://riveraveblues.com/2013/06/cc-...s-start-89861/
