    Yasiel Puig Continues to Impress

We had a Puig thread that got out of hand. Hopefully everyone can remain civilized in this one.

    So here is an update:

He is hitting .442 with 7 hr

1st with 34+ hits and 7+hr through first 20 games.

Tied with Terry Pendleton with 32 hits through first 75 abs for most in MLB history.

If you don't stay up late enough to watch west coast baseball you are missing something special.

    This kid is very impressive

He's going to keep hitting if teams keep going after him. Only drawn 3 walks, maybe it's time to stop throwing strikes?

If the Dodgers make the playoffs somehow, he should win MVP. He would have saved this season if that happens. 8 back of Arizona right now though

I did watch the game tonight and Vin Scully said Puig has an .800 batting average when putting the first pitch in play. I guess it's taken teams longer to adjust to that fact, not to mention the over .500 BABIP to this point.
